Kimberly created Poor Girl Eats Well blog site in August of 2008 as a fun way for her to share how she makes it possible to eat quite well despite her limited means. After some bad financial moves of her own and several strokes of really bad luck over the past few years, She ended up in one of the worst personal recessions she have ever been through and though she always been pretty frugal when it comes to food, she really had to buckle down and force herself to stick to a budget and get really creative if she wanted to eat. |
